Responsible for maintain paid membership  roster and email contact list, prepare and send announcements about HCNA news and activities, oversee website (including maintenance, advertising, classified pages, lost and found alerts), election of officers

Responsible for promoting special interest groups such as: game groups, mom’s clubs, dinner groups, wine tasters, car pools for school and work, etc.

Responsible for planning and promoting neighborhood wide activities such as block parties, neighbors’ night out, neighborhood garage sale, holiday promotions and events

Responsible for maintaining value of homes in neighborhood by overseeing identification at entrances to High Country Neighborhood, promote “Yard of the Month” campaign, recommending and implementing measures to promote visible signs of being a neighborhood, maintain awareness of city codes and provide means to contact city about obvious violations.

Responsible for maintaining contact with police department about activity in High Country Neighborhood, present programs and advice for improving safety of High Country, develop, maintain and promote measures High Country would undertake in the event of emergency
